Thrive Collaborative Care Ltd is built on trauma-informed, relational, and restorative principles. We believe healing environments are created through connection, safety, and empowerment, for children, families, and staff alike.
We are in the process of setting up our first home in Middlesbrough and we are currently recruiting a Registered Manager. We are also recruiting One Assistant Manager, Three Team Leaders, and Four Residential Workers.
The plan is to grow over the next four years the plan is by 2030 there will be 4 Children Homes all based in the Teesside area.

As a Residential Worker, you will play a vital role in creating healing environments for children and young people by offering consistent, compassionate, and relational care within our Children’s Homes. Additional Sleep in payments £50 per sleep.
You model safety
Team Leader
£32,000 -£37,000
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in shaping healing environments for children and young people by modelling relational leadership, supporting your team, and ensuring high standards of trauma-informed care. Aditional Sleep in payments £50 per sleep

Assistant Manager
£42,000 -£47,500
As the Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Homes Manager to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care within Thrive Collaborative Care’s children’s homes.
